Southwest Medical Hospice & Palliative Care: In service since 1972, Southwest Medical, part of OptumCare, is a multi-specialty medical group offering a variety of services from urgent care to e-visits to hospice care. They have a modern approach with technology-enabled offices for modern health care and data-driven analysis. Before joining Southwest Medical, this hospice was known as Family Home Hospice and has been in operation for over 25 years. In addition to providing hospice care, they also provide palliative care services to patients with Medicare and Senior Dimensions healthcare plans.
Infinity Hospice Care: This hospice was created in 2005 to provide hospice services to the residents of Maricopa County, Arizona. They expanded to serve Clark County, Nevada in 2007 and they also deliver care to patients in the northern part of Nevada in Washoe County. They offer in-home palliative medical care and hospice care. Infinity Hospice Care is a member of the Arizona Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Infinity offers home care, inpatient care in approved facilities, their inpatient unit and respite care to relieve caregivers.
Compassion Care: Another provider of hospice care in Southern Nevada, Compassion Care concentrates on dispelling negativity associated with the concept of hospice care. They focus on attempting to avoid future hospitalizations and provide in-home care. They’ve been providing hospice care services since 2004 and are just beginning to offer palliative care services as well.
