Celena DiLullo is the President of Palm Mortuaries and Cemeteries, a member of the Dignity Memorial® Premier Collection, an exclusive group of select properties. With nearly 25 years of experience in the funeral industry, Mrs. DiLullo oversees a staff of 283 employees across 10 Southern Nevada locations, offering a variety of funeral, cremation and cemetery services including: service available 24-hour/7 days a week; cemetery and creation property; prepaid funeral and cremation plans; Veterans burials and funerals; and Celebration of Life planning services. The countless number of families and individuals who have entrusted the company in their times of grief expect professionalism, compassion, exceptional service and care, and due to Mrs. DiLullo’s dynamic leadership, the Palm team delivers on this promise, upholding the wishes of each and every loved one.
Reed Radosevich – Vice Chairman

Reed Radosevich is the President of Northern Trust Bank for the state of Nevada. He is responsible for business operations for both Trust and Investment as well as Private Banking, catering to affluent individuals within Nevada.
Ellis Landau – Treasurer

Ellis Landau is a retired financial executive and private investor with more than 30 years of experience as a financial executive in the gaming and hospitality industries. He serves on the Board of Directors for a number of for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Cindy Ellis – Secretary

Cindy Ellis was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from Valley High School and continued her education in Los Angeles at the University of Southern California, where she earned degrees in Public Relations/ Journalism and Psychology.
Alan Duncan

Alan Duncan has served on the Board of Trustees of Nathan Adelson Hospice for eighteen years. Alan is the current chair of the Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation and chair of the Finance Committee.
Edwin Kingsley, M.D.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Utah, Dr. Kingsley received his medical degree from the University of Utah College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine as well as his fellowship in hematology and oncology at the University of Arizona.
Frank Schreck

Mr. Schreck, resident in the firm's Las Vegas office, is chair of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Gaming Law Group and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Group.
Jeri Crawford

Jeri Crawford is President of the Las Vegas Philharmonic and has served on the organization’s Board since 2005. She has led the Las Vegas Philharmonic since 2008 and during that time established the orchestra as resident company at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. Crawford has bolstered the organization’s presence through expanding initiatives focused on Youth enrichment and community engagement. Under her guidance, the Youth Concert Series has grown its free concerts, music education and Music Van program to over 30,000 Clark County School District students per year.
Louis Silvestri

Lou Silvestri has been a Nevada resident since 1957. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Silvestri had a very successful career with the Clark County School District for 27 years holding various leadership positions as a teacher, school administrator and central office administrator.
