Vice President of Quality and Education
Anne Patriche is honored to serve as the Vice President of Quality and Education for Nathan Adelson Hospice. She is responsible for monitoring the quality of care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance activities engaged in by the hospice.
An RN with almost 30 years of experience, Anne was drawn to hospice and palliative care after spending the first part of her career in acute care, primarily at the Cleveland Clinic in medical/surgical units and the operating room. Since joining Nathan Adelson in 2004, Anne served as a case manager, admission nurse, clinical manager, and quality officer before assuming her current role.
Passionate about our vision that no one should die alone, afraid, or in pain, Anne is deeply committed to continuous improvement of the organization’s care delivery. Balancing stewardship with compassion is the philosophy of her service and she is proud of Nathan Adelson Hospice’s dedication to always do the right thing for our patients and their families. Anne’s credentials include Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) and Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse. She is a member of NAHQ, the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association, and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. She has also served as an examiner for the Southwest Alliance for Excellence, the regional organization responsible for administering the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program.
